Higher Education Pedagogy Conference 2025

Connections: Dialogue Across Disciplines for the Effective Support of Learning Pathways

Students' learning pathways are becoming increasingly complex and diverse, necessitating personalized forms of support. These changes are driven by the growing need to acquire and actively apply complex skills and knowledge, shaped by a constantly evolving higher education ecosystem and global conditions.
The aim of this year’s Higher Education Pedagogy Conference is to reflect—through perspectives across disciplines—on the possibilities of supporting complex student learning pathways, by showcasing best practices and discussing research findings. For the third time, the conference provides a forum for cross-institutional and cross-disciplinary professional dialogue, thus contributing to a scientific and practice-oriented discourse on higher education pedagogy in Hungary and fostering institutional strategies and solutions.

Date: October 3, 2025
Venue: ELTE PPK (1075 Budapest, Kazinczy u. 23-27.)
Conference language: Hungarian and English

The conference provides space for:
  • the presentation of cross-disciplinary research related to the support of student learning pathways,
  • the sharing of educational best practices and developments,
  • and the encouragement of collaborative reflection across academic fields.

We welcome submissions from researchers, educators, and professionals who are involved in supporting student learning pathways and who are committed to a cross-disciplinary pedagogical approach in higher education.
