Short course description:

The aim of the course is to prepare Hungarian and international Human Resource Counselling MA and Andragogy MA students for implementing real micro-research, which, in addition to the curricular courses, support students in strengthening and enriching the theoretical and practical aspects of their thesis research methodology. A further aim of the course is to provide a more thorough overview of the research topics related to the profile of the Institute of Research on Adult Learning and Knowledge Management, to contribute to research elements of the projects, and to present those to the public at the end of the semester. The research groups are related to the real research topics defined by certain lectures of the Institution. The research work is organized and facilitated in student groups of 3-4 and the groups are mentored by lecturers of the given topic; in the scheduled seminars, foundations of research concepts and methodology and the sequential progress of each group are presented.
